The National Day of the American Cowboy, signed into effect by President George W. Bush, is now a reality.
In July, just days before the designated “fourth Saturday in July” that was proposed as the annual observance of this occasion, President George W. Bush signed Senate Resolution 138, proclaiming for all time the “National Day of the American Cowboy.”
So remember to mark your calender for each year!
